Our Clients in Makati City is seeking a Lead Developer for a hybrid night shift role. You will guide the technical direction of software initiatives, lead a team of developers, and ensure delivery of scalable, secure applications.

You will mentor juniors, design system architectures, and collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, while maintaining high standards of quality and security in a fast-paced onsite environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Lead Developer or senior developer with leadership.
• Proficient in modern languages and frameworks (e.g., .NET, Java, Python, React, Angular, or Node.js).
• Experience with databases, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and team management skills.

You will bridge the gap between complex business requirements and technical execution, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with the company's high standards of quality and security.

• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and code reviews for junior and mid-level developers to maintain high coding standards.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, project managers, and stakeholders to define project scope and technical requirements.

• Troubleshoot complex technical issues, debug code, and implement effective, long-term solutions.

Qualifications
