Job summary

Universal Robina Corp seeks a Lead, Data Governance to steer enterprise data governance, security and compliance. You will drive governance frameworks, align IAM with business and regulatory requirements, and promote responsible data and AI use.

You will administer Unity Catalog, implement RBAC/ABAC with SSO, and enforce data-quality and residency policies across ASEAN regions. Leadership in data stewardship and policy enforcement is essential.

Qualifications

• 5-8 yrs in data governance/management with hands-on cataloguing & access control.
• BS/MS in IT, CS or Information Management.
• Nice to have: CDMP or cloud-security certification; model-risk/AI-governance exposure; metadata management.

Responsibilities

• Administer Unity Catalog—catalogs, access controls, lineage, classification and masking.
• Implement identity & access governance (RBAC/ABAC, SSO via Microsoft Entra ID).
• Define & enforce data-quality, privacy and ASEAN data-residency policies across PH/SG/MY/TH/VN/ID.
