Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
• 1–3 years in data governance or data management.
• Knowledge of governance frameworks (DAMA-DMBOK).
• Experience with data policies and governance documentation.
• Familiar with Collate/OpenMetadata or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and maintain enterprise data governance policies and standards.
• Support implementation and improvement of Data Governance Framework.
• Conduct governance assessments and identify data-related risks.
• Monitor compliance with data governance policies and controls.
• Utilize data governance tools for cataloging and metadata management.
• Collaborate with units to embed governance in data initiatives.
• Prepare governance reports and materials for audits and committees.
