Job summary

Novare Philippines Inc. is seeking a highly technical and strategic Lead Data Engineer to own data integration and warehousing within the QTC domain. You will lead a team to design, build, and optimize scalable ETL/ELT pipelines.

You will migrate source data from AWS S3 and Amazon Redshift into Snowflake, architect dimensional models, manage compute warehouses, RBAC, and drive data governance. This role requires strong SQL, leadership, and experience with CI/CD tools, with opportunities to shape

Qualifications

5+ years in Data Engineering with leadership exposure.
Experience in ETL/ELT architecture and data governance.
Strong SQL and data modeling skills.
Proven track record architecting data pipelines.
Deep expertise in Snowflake and AWS data sources.

Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership and code reviews for a team of data engineers.
Design and orchestrate high-volume data pipelines.
Architect dimensional models in Snowflake and manage compute warehouses, RBAC, and query optimization.
Lead source integration from AWS S3 and Amazon Redshift.
Collaborate with RevOps, Finance, and Sales on QTC data models (Pricing, CPQ, Order Management, Billing).
Develop and tune advanced SQL queries, procedures, and views for BI/reporting.
