Job summary

Copeland LP is seeking a Senior Data Engineer in Quezon City/Manila area. You will design and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Snowflake, dbt, SQL, and Python to support marketing analytics and enterprise data.

You will collaborate across Marketing, Analytics, Digital, and Business teams to ensure data quality and timely deployments. The role requires 7–10 years of data engineering experience, strong cloud data platform knowledge, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of Data Engineering experience.
• Strong expertise in Azure Data Factory (ADF), Snowflake, dbt, SQL, and Python.
• Experience building enterprise ETL/ELT pipelines and cloud data integration.
• Understanding of data warehousing, dimensional modeling, and enterprise data architecture.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines ingesting and delivering data across systems.
• Build high-quality ELT/ETL solutions using ADF, dbt, Snowflake, SQL, and Python.
• Optimize Snowflake performance and ensure data quality, lineage, and security.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Analytics, Digital, and Business stakeholders to translate requirements.
• Develop testing strategies and participate in release planning and production support.
