Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Lead Data Analyst to join onsite in Eastwood, Quezon City. The role focuses on benchmarking, customer-level analyses, and building robust data reporting infrastructure.

You will work with APIs, SQL, Python, and AI tools, supporting cross-functional teams to improve customer health and retention. The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of data experience, strong English communication, and experience with large datasets and dashboards.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in data analysis or related roles.
• Strong SQL and Python skills.
• Experience with APIs and multi-source data integration.
• Experience with large datasets and reporting pipelines.
• Ability to translate data into clear insights and action.

Responsibilities

• Conduct benchmarking studies to generate actionable insights.
• Develop customer-specific analyses on performance trends and health indicators.
• Build and maintain reporting infrastructure and dashboards.
• Create capacity models for workload forecasting and planning.
• Integrate data from internal and third-party APIs.
• Write SQL queries and Python scripts for data cleaning and analysis.
• Apply AI tools to support research and process improvement.
• Present insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Identify data quality issues and document sources and methods.
• Support onboarding and training on data tools and processes.
