Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Engineer for Infrastructure Security in the Global Delivery Services unit. The role focuses on design, implementation, and operations of enterprise email security solutions, ensuring reliable and secure mail flows across cloud and hybrid environments.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related discipline.
5+ years of experience managing enterprise messaging platforms and email security technologies (Microsoft Exchange Online, Microsoft 365, Outlook) and Proofpoint administration.
Strong knowledge of email security technologies and protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, TLS).
Experience with hybrid messaging environments and cloud security.

Responsibilities

Lead hands-on administration, policy tuning, and troubleshooting of Proofpoint and Defender for Office 365.
Govern mailbox management, retention policies, and end-to-end email service lifecycle.
Develop and enforce email security controls against phishing, BEC, spoofing.
Oversee mail flow architecture and secure communications across cloud and hybrid environments.
Lead email threat investigations including phishing and impersonation.
Ensure regulatory compliance with data protection, archiving, and eDiscovery.
Drive platform lifecycle management and automation for email security operations.
