Cybersolutionindia is seeking a Telecaller / Inside Sales Executive (Female) with 1–4 years of experience for a full-time role. The ideal candidate will engage in high-volume outbound calls, generate qualified leads, and convert them into customers, leveraging Justdial or Indiamart where possible.

Strong communication and a sales-driven mindset are essential to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets while addressing customer queries and explaining products or services.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of experience in Telecalling / Telesales / Cold Calling.
• Prior experience with Justdial or Indiamart is strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication and convincing skills.
• Target-oriented with ability to convert leads into customers.

Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound cold calls to potential customers.
• Generate and qualify leads through calling.
