Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Team Lead, Content & Social Media Strategy based in Spain to shape organic social presence for an established international brand, with a focus on Instagram. You will own editorial strategy, content planning, publishing, optimization, and performance analysis, while guiding a creative team across cross-functional groups.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing mid-to-senior level social media roles.
• Strong track record growing Instagram and other channels.
• Experience leading a creative/social media team and mentoring.
• Ability to provide creative feedback and direction.
• Deep understanding of trends, algorithms, and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage organic social channels focused on Instagram.
• Develop and execute social media strategies to grow awareness, engagement, and followers.
• Build editorial content calendar; schedule, publish, and optimize content across platforms.
• Define content formats, messaging, and publishing strategies per channel.
• Monitor engagement and coordinate with internal teams to address needs.
• Analyze performance and deliver regular insights and recommendations.
• Identify high-performing content and support paid amplification when relevant.
• Collaborate with Brand, Marketing, Creative, CRM, and Ecommerce teams for consistency.
• Lead, mentor, and support the content/social team with clear goals and workflows.
• Organize team workloads according to objectives and resources.
• Improve briefing, feedback, review cycles, approvals, and version control processes.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality content and provide coaching.
