Job summary

Arcadis Global Excellence Centre in Manila provides additional capacity for Australian offices and supports the technical delivery of projects delivered through regional offices. The Principal Engineer role manages technical aspects of larger tasks, coordinates teams and ensures safety, quality, and budget targets are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent, licensed to act as professional engineer.
• Excellent written and oral English language.
• 7-15 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong drainage design experience with Australian standards, VIC/RMS knowledge.
• Proficient in Design Software (12D, Storm and Sanitary, HEC-RAS, MUSIC).
• Autocad or similar software knowledge.
• Local or Expatriate status.

Responsibilities

• Promote and role model Arcadis Health and Safety Principles during planning and delivery.
• Lead technical delivery of elements within projects to meet time, quality, budget and safety targets.
• Coordinate and manage teams of engineers and technicians within a single discipline.
• Provide technical leadership to junior staff and ensure design quality.
• Ensure production and documentation meet Arcadis and national standards.
• Support commercial management and drive profitable design components.
