Job summary

Linde Philippines, Inc. is seeking an experienced Buyer to support operational, commercial, and administrative procurement needs.

The role will lead category strategies, negotiations, supplier management, and process excellence across indirect spend areas. You will ensure full compliance with Linde’s global procurement standards, QMS, and the digitalization strategy while driving cost, efficiency, and governance improvements for the local business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline is required.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• SAP and Ariba experience strongly preferred; QMS/compliance background advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Direct procurement across indirect spend categories.
• Lead strategic sourcing and category leadership initiatives.
• Drive cost management and value delivery programs.
• Support data, systems, processes and compliance including QMS and digitalization initiatives.
• Ensure operational reliability and manage procurement risk.
• Engage with stakeholders to align requirements and deliver results.
