Job summary

Crimson Resort & Spa Boracay is seeking a Boat Captain under the direct supervision of the Head Concierge to ensure the safety, efficiency, and operation of the speedboat service, including supervision of Boat Crew and Boat Attendants. You will lead safety briefings, supervise crew, and coordinate with airport reps and Guest Relations to ensure smooth guest arrivals.

The role requires strong English communication, 5+ years in relevant roles, and knowledge of speedboat maintenance.

Qualifications

• College level or 4-year degree.
• At least 5 years relevant experience.
• Hotel setting experience is an advantage.
• Knowledge in speedboat maintenance.
• Able to speak and converse in English.
• Preferably with boat captain license 1 or 2.

Responsibilities

• Oversee speedboat operations and safety.
• Conduct mandatory safety briefings before departure.
• Coordinate with airport representatives regarding guest arrivals.
• Coordinate with Guest Relations Officers for arriving guests.
• Ensure vessel cleanliness and proper maintenance after each shift.
• Assist guests with island activities and services.
