Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management in the Philippines is seeking an Architect BIM/CAD specialist to develop and maintain detailed Revit models through design and documentation, producing coordinated drawings and documentation packages.

The role requires strong BIM workflow, ability to coordinate across structural, MEP, and other disciplines, ensure code compliance, and support permits, tenders, and construction documentation milestones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit and strong BIM workflow knowledge.
• Solid understanding of building codes, construction methods, and detailing standards.
• Experience coordinating architectural documents with engineering disciplines.
• Ability to read, interpret, and develop technical drawings with high accuracy.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple project deadlines.
• Knowledge of documentation standards, sheet setup, schedules, and annotation systems.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills in multidisciplinary environments.
• Licensure or progress toward architectural registration is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed Revit models throughout design and documentation phases.
• Produce coordinated architectural drawing sets including plans, sections, elevations, and details.
• Translate design concepts and markups into accurate construction documents.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and specialty consultants to resolve model conflicts.
• Prepare schedules, legends, sheet layouts, and documentation packages for submissions.
• Review drawings for code compliance, constructability, and adherence to office standards.
• Support permit, tender, and construction issue documentation milestones.
• Assist in maintaining BIM standards, templates, libraries, and Revit families.
• Participate in quality control reviews and implement documentation corrections promptly.
• Collaborate with project teams to meet deadlines, budgets, and technical requirements.
