Job summary

Lingaro seeks a Lead Business Analyst (Japanese Proficiency) in the Philippines to drive data-driven decisions and analytics delivery for procurement and finance. You will lead requirements management, translate needs into Power BI solutions, and mentor junior analysts in a cross-cultural setting.

Key responsibilities include stakeholder management, BRD and data mapping, and UAT facilitation while steering projects to on-time delivery within budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years IT business analysis experience.
• Lead or senior analytics experience plus BI/dashboards.
• Experience producing BRDs, functional specs, and data mappings.
• Hands-on Power BI implementation including UAT facilitation.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements elicitation workshops with procurement and finance stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into functional specs for Power BI dashboards.
• Review designs and maintain BRDs, data maps, and process maps.
• Support project delivery, RAID, and governance activities.
• Coordinate UAT, deployment, and post-go-live knowledge transfer.
