Job summary

Lingaro in the Philippines is seeking a skilled IT Business Analyst to bridge business stakeholders and delivery teams, shaping requirements, process analysis, solution design, and user acceptance activities. You will ensure data quality, governance, and operational excellence while aligning with strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
• Significant IT Business Analyst experience in enterprise data/analytics projects.
• Experience leading BA activities across initiatives and stakeholders.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements management and workshops with stakeholders.
• Document current and future-state processes and operating models.
• Translate requirements into functional specs and test cases.
• Govern requirements through project lifecycle and ensure traceability.
• Collaborate with data engineering and analytics teams to implement solutions.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to BA best practices.
