Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, CE, or related field.
• 10+ years of automation development experience.
• 4+ years of technical lead experience.
• Proven leadership and direction for a team; lead by example.
• Strong Agile SCRUM experience.
• Excellent communication across onshore and offshore teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership on design, implementation, and execution of complex test cases using Playwright, Selenium, NUnit.
• Design and maintain custom test automation frameworks with C#, Java, or TypeScript.
• Develop and maintain test data management using SQL Server.
• Leverage AI to reduce manual QA effort and streamline processes.
• Work with CI/CD tools and Mercurial/TortoiseHg for version control.
• Test Web APIs (SOAP, OData, REST) and coordinate with developers on unit vs automated tests.
• Test complex ERP workflows (AP/AR, Billing, HRM) understanding key business logic.
• Apply Page Object Model and robot pattern in automation designs.
• Lead process improvements, agile ceremonies, code reviews, defect detection, and traceability between manual scripts and automated tests.
• Mentor QA staff on framework patterns and certify product releases in SDLC.
