Job summary

Tyler Technologies in Manila seeks an experienced QA Analyst to establish the QA foundation for a mobile project. You will craft test plans, cases, and documentation from scratch and drive manual testing across Android and iOS.

Collaborating with product, development, and design teams, you will implement end-to-end testing, validate integrations, and help shape scalable QA processes for mobile and backend systems in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Manual QA / Software Testing.
• Strong hands-on experience testing mobile applications on Android and iOS.
• Experience creating test plans, test cases, test scenarios, and regression suites.
• Experience with defect tracking and test management tools.
• Familiarity with API testing tools such as Postman, Swagger, Insomnia.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum software development methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements, APIs, and user stories to define testing scope.
• Create detailed test plans, cases, scenarios, and QA documentation from scratch.
• Perform comprehensive manual testing for mobile apps on Android and iOS.
• Validate integrations between mobile apps, APIs, and backend systems.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and help establish QA standards.
