Gallagher is seeking an Senior Application Architect to design, implement, and govern enterprise application architecture for its Broking division. You will work with IT leadership to ensure architecture aligns with business needs and regulatory requirements.

The role combines hands‑on platform administration, incident management, and low‑code development while collaborating with business teams and technology SMEs to deliver scalable, secure solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience as an Application Architect or technical lead.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Knowledge of TOGAF or other architectural frameworks and associated principles

Responsibilities

• Define and implement system and application architecture for the Gallagher Australia Broking business.
• Collaborate with senior architects and cross‑functional teams to align architecture with IT and business requirements.
• Provide architectural direction and determine development standards and toolsets.
• Hands‑on tasks including incident management, platform administration, and low‑code development.
