Responsibilities

• Supervises and mentors Product Managers, Associate PMs, and Product Assistants.
• Directs product management and implementation teams to meet business volumes and profit margins.
• Influences the sales team to market blockchain/API products.
• Keeps blockchain/API products updated with features and pricing.
• Coordinates with sales and relationship managers to realize business potential.
• Understand client requirements and prepare customized product/pricing packages.
• Roll out innovations or exiting cash management services.
• Monitor client satisfaction and SLA.
• Coordinate with operations and external providers to meet service levels.
• Suggest operational enhancements to lower cost and increase productivity.
• Manage product performance and profitability with financial reports.
• Provide updates on financial performance to center and key accounts.
• Manage team workload.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
