Job summary

SNK GAMES SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an Animation Manager to lead the animation team and oversee production from concept to completion. You will drive artistic direction and ensure high-quality animation across projects.

You will collaborate with game design, art, and programming teams, develop pipelines, and mentor animators to continuously improve workflows while managing schedules and resources to meet milestones. A passion for storytelling in games is essential.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in animation production for video games, including previous roles as a Lead Animator or Animation Manager.
• Strong artistic and technical skills in character animation, including a solid understanding of animation principles, timing, and weight.
• Proficiency in industry-standard animation software such as Maya, Blender, or 3ds Max.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team of animators to create high-quality animations that meet the artistic vision and technical requirements of the project.
• Collaborate closely with the game design, art, and programming teams to integrate animations seamlessly into the gameplay experience.
• Develop and maintain animation pipelines, tools, and workflows to optimize efficiency and ensure consistent quality across projects.
• Provide artistic direction, feedback, and mentorship to animators to foster their growth and development.
