Job summary

Keywords Studios is seeking an Animation Lead to guide the animation team on game projects, review work, establish workflows, and assist with estimates and client feedback to ensure productivity, quality and on-time delivery.

You will lead by example in 3D animation, coordinate with artists and PMs, and drive planning, reviews and asset quality. Proficiency in Maya, 3ds Max, MotionBuilder, Blender or Unreal Engine and at least three years in a lead role within game art services is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience creating high quality 3D animations for games (keyframe and mocap).
• Proficiency with industry software: Maya, 3ds Max, MotionBuilder, Blender, Unreal Engine.
• Strong knowledge of in-game animation pipelines and cinematics creation.
• Leadership experience within an animation team, reviewing and providing feedback.
• Minimum of three years in a lead or associate lead role in a 3D game/art services company.

• Client management: understand brief, clarify queries, and support bids and estimates.
• Project execution: establish workflows and quality checkpoints to meet timelines.
