Keywords Studios is seeking an Animation Lead to provide leadership to the animation team, conduct reviews, and contribute to hands-on development when needed. You will help establish workflows, clarify client requirements, and assist with estimates and bids while focusing on productivity, quality, and timelines.

Role requires expertise in Maya, Max, Motion Builder, Blender, and Unreal Engine, with at least three years in a lead role within a 3D game or production environment.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to create high quality 3D animations for games and cinematic sequences.
• Experience leading an animation team, reviewing work and providing feedback.
• Strong knowledge of animation pipelines and client requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the animation team on projects and establish workflows.
• Review animation work and ensure production timelines and quality goals are met.
• Collaborate with project managers and leads to refine bids and estimates.
