Job summary

SimCorp in Manila seeks a Lead IT Operation Specialist to oversee the operation and optimization of AI agents, MCP connectors, and AI‑related systems. You will collaborate with IT teams to ensure high availability, security, and cost control.

You will lead intake and lifecycle management of AI agents, build MCP connectors, and drive operational processes across Enterprise AI to deliver reliable, scalable services.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Azure services including Azure AI Foundry and Azure Policies.
• Hands-on with Claude or Copilot Studio and AI orchestration platforms.
• Familiarity with MCP integration patterns for enterprise systems.
• Solid IT operations fundamentals: monitoring, incident management, availability.
• Experience with AI agent lifecycle management from intake to decommissioning.
• Comfort working across security and compliance boundaries and guardrails.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and ability to translate tech to non-tech.
• Understanding of AI governance frameworks and practical guardrails.

Responsibilities

• Own intake of AI agents and automations into our managed infrastructure.
• Maintain portfolio of AI agents and automations with cost control and monitoring.
• Build and maintain MCP connectors for AI tools across the org.
• Support monitoring, management, and optimization of AI‑related IT infra for performance, security, and availability.
• Develop and implement IT operations processes for efficient incident resolution.
• Ensure AI‑related agents and connectors comply with security policies and regulations.
• Collaborate with business units and enablement teams for end‑to‑end execution.
• Provide lead guidance and foster a collaborative, results‑oriented team environment.
