Gramans Group of Companies is seeking an LCB Processor/Declarant to manage end-to-end customs processing, electronic lodgment, and declaration for import/export shipments in Metro Manila. The role emphasizes compliance with Bureau of Customs regulations and accurate documentation.

The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Customs Administration (licensed broker preferred) and have experience with customs processing, lodgment, and BOC procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Customs Administration or related field.
• Licensed Customs Broker preferred but not required.
• Experience in customs processing, lodgment, and declaration is advantageous.
• Knowledge of BOC procedures and import/export documentation.
• For Processor: willingness to travel frequently to ports, terminals, and government agencies.
• Detail-oriented with strong coordination and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Process and prepare import/export customs documentation.
• Perform electronic lodgment and customs declaration via the BOC system.
• Review shipping documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate with clients, shipping lines, freight forwarders, and government agencies.
• Monitor shipment clearance and resolve documentation issues.
• Ensure compliance with customs laws, tariff classification, and valuation requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of customs transactions.
