Job summary

Robinsons Land Corporation's Laundry Department seeks a Laundry Supervisor on probationary terms to oversee daily operations, maintain equipment, and ensure cleanliness, quality, and efficiency across all laundry activities.

You will lead a team of laundry attendants, schedule shifts for peak and off-peak times, train new staff on operations and safety, conduct performance reviews, resolve concerns, and ensure timely service while upholding health and safety standards for all fabrics and client

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
• Training in laundry operations or chemical handling is an advantage.
• Minimum 2–3 years in laundry operations in hotel, resort, cruise, or hospital.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of laundry equipment, products, and industry best practices.
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment issues and perform basic maintenance.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and protocols in the laundry industry.
