Chroma Hospitality, Inc. is seeking a Laundry Manager for Grafik Pine House Baguio to oversee the laundry facility, manage staff, and ensure high-quality service. You will optimize workflow, monitor inventory, and maintain equipment and uniforms in top condition.

You will implement SOPs, lead training, and coordinate with Executive Housekeeper to maintain safety and efficiency in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily laundry operations and ensure timely delivery of services
• Lead, train and develop housekeeping/laundry staff
• Monitor chemicals, supplies, and equipment maintenance
• Prepare monthly laundry reports and identify process improvements
• Manage inventory, PAR stock levels and cost control within budget
• Ensure adherence to hotel policies on safety, hygiene and health
