Job summary

Michael Page is recruiting a General Manager to lead the setup and operational direction of a new coffee business in the Leisure, Travel & Tourism sector. You will develop practical retail plans to support the launch and daily operations, and set clear priorities to meet commercial objectives.

You will oversee store operations and coordinate cross‑functional launch activities to ensure on‑schedule delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience leading retail operations for a coffee or food & beverage business.
• Ability to plan and deliver the launch of a new business or retail concept.
• Strong knowledge of day-to-day retail operations and service delivery.
• Ability to translate priorities into clear operational plans.
• Experience reviewing operational performance and identifying improvements.
• Capability to create and maintain clear operating procedures.
