Job summary

Michael Page International Recruitment (Philippines) Inc in Metro Manila is seeking a General Manager to lead the setup and ongoing operations of a new coffee business. You will translate business priorities into actionable retail plans and ensure daily store operations run smoothly.

You will oversee cross-functional launch activities, drive service standards, review performance, and establish clear procedures to build a scalable operating model as the business grows.

Qualifications

• Experience leading retail operations for a coffee or food & beverage business.
• Ability to plan and deliver the launch of a new business or retail concept.
• Strong knowledge of day-to-day retail operations and service delivery.
• Ability to turn business priorities into clear operational plans.
• Experience reviewing operational performance and identifying practical improvements.
• Capability to create and maintain clear operating procedures.
