Job summary

Maya is the all-in-one money platform powering bold financial choices in the Philippines. We seek a Senior Insights & Enablement Analyst to guard data integrity during product launches and scale operations with proactive insights.

You will collect and clean launch data, build dashboards with Tableau and Databricks, and collaborate with operations, support, product, and launch teams to drive reporting improvements for new rollouts.

Qualifications

• Strong SQL skills with debugging and optimization.
• Experience with Tableau, Databricks, and BI tools.
• Advanced Excel including pivot tables and data validation.
• At least 3 years in data handling and reporting.
• Experience in financial services, banking, fintech, or tech is preferred.
• Background in data mining, analysis, investigation, product triage, or post-launch tracking.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, validate, and maintain launch data from multiple databases and tracking lists.
• Build and optimize SQL queries to monitor new user flows, launch metrics, and operational performance.
• Create automated dashboards, reports, and deep-dive analyses using Tableau, Databricks, Excel, and other reporting tools.
• Analyze post-launch issues, performance gaps, bugs, and operational bottlenecks to identify root causes.
• Partner with operations, customer support, product, and launch stakeholders to gather reporting needs and improve workflows.
• Drive continuous improvement in reporting processes and enablement strategies for new product rollouts.
