Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Travel Program Specialist to join our LATAM Travel team. The role acts as the central liaison for regional travel operations, ensuring travelers' journeys comply with policy and are supported by efficient booking via Concur.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in corporate travel, excellent English and Spanish, and strong vendor relations. You'll collaborate with Finance, HR, and Administration to optimize costs and streamline processes across LATAM.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in corporate travel and expense management.
• Experience as the go-to contact for regional travel needs and complex itineraries.
• Ability to enforce travel policies using local and regional expertise.
• Experience with Concur Travel & Expense, including issue resolution.
• Knowledge of expense submission guidelines and coaching travelers for compliance.
• Familiarity with visa/immigration workflows and tools like Topia.
• Proven ability to manage relationships with travel vendors and improve service quality.
• Capability to partner with Finance, HR, and Administration to align travel ops.
• Involvement in LATAM reporting, controls, and travel audit activities.
• Strong analytical skills to identify trends and cost-saving opportunities.
• Excellent written and verbal English and Spanish (B2+).

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for LATAM travel requirements and provide traveler support.
• Educate employees on travel policies and guidance.
• Manage travel bookings in Concur Travel & Expense and resolve system issues.
• Coach travelers on expense submission guidelines to ensure compliance.
• Address visa and immigration questions, prepare support letters.
• Coordinate with travel vendors to resolve inquiries and improve service.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, and Administration to align travel operations with business goals.
• Support LATAM reporting, controls, and travel audit activities.
• Analyze travel data to identify trends and cost-saving opportunities.
