Neogen in LATAM seeks a Senior Manager, Supply Planning to lead regional supply planning, inventory strategy, and purchasing across Latin America to ensure product availability and service excellence.

You will partner with Commercial, Finance, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, Customer Care, Procurement, and Global Supply Chain to translate business requirements into executable supply plans and to manage constraints and supplier performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the LATAM supply planning process balancing supply and business priorities.
• Develop supply scenarios and contingency plans for capacity limitations.
• Translate business requirements into actionable supply, purchasing, and inventory plans.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Finance, Manufacturing, and Global Supply Chain to assess implications of growth and launches.
• Define and optimize inventory policies, lead times, and service levels.
• Drive planning governance, analytics, and continuous improvement.
• Act as regional escalation point for critical supply constraints and supplier performance.
