Job summary

Euroflat Infra Management, Inc. seeks an Acquisition Specialist to identify, negotiate, and close investment opportunities with landowners hosting telecommunications infrastructure. You will manage the end-to-end origination process, building a robust pipeline and negotiating terms to closing.

The role emphasizes a commercially driven mindset, proactive outreach, and collaboration with Legal and Underwriting to move deals forward, with CRM maintained for all opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, business development, origination or transaction-driven environments.
• Proven ability to prospect, cold call, negotiate and close.
• Self-motivated with aptitude to meet measurable commercial targets.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly within the territory.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent commercial experience.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and contact landowners through outbound channels.
• Develop and manage a consistent pipeline of acquisition opportunities.
• Build relationships with landowners and understand their objectives.
• Present and explain acquisition proposals clearly and professionally.
• Negotiate commercial terms within company parameters.
• Handle objections and follow-through through decision-making process.
• Coordinate with Legal and Underwriting to close transactions.
• Maintain opportunity and activity records in CRM.
• Achieve acquisition and closing targets.
