Job summary

Colliers is expanding its Landlord Representation team in Makati, Philippines. The role involves identifying occupiers, securing landlord relationships, and delivering tailored real estate solutions for clients.

Ideal candidates have a background in business development, leasing, brokerage, or sales, with a proven track record closing lease or sales transactions. Onsite work in Makati with travel for inspections and meetings is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree holder; graduates of any course welcomed.
• Experience in Business Development, Leasing, Sales, or Brokerage in real estate.
• Licensed Real Estate Broker (PRC) is a plus

Responsibilities

• Conduct client farming activities, including cold calling and market saturation exercises.
• Coordinate and conduct site inspections for prospective and existing clients.
• Secure additional Landlord Representation appointments.
• Prepare client submittals, briefs, case studies, analyses, and reports.
• Prepare and deliver client pitches and presentations.
• Develop marketing strategies for exclusive Landlord Representation clients.
• Manage relationships with landlords, developers, and tenants.
• Negotiate terms and contracts on behalf of clients.
• Support post-sales activities with the Client Engagement Coordinator.
• Organize and participate in client engagement activities.

Landlord Representation is one of the most established services offered by Colliers, representing building owners in identifying and securing occupiers to support the growth of their properties and businesses. It's more than just a space.

The team is looking for professionals who can understand client businesses closely and deliver tailored real estate solutions.

Job Description

• Conduct client farming activities, including cold calling and market saturation exercises.
• Coordinate and conduct site inspections for prospective and existing clients.
• Secure additional Landlord Representation appointments.
• Collaborate with the Market Analyst Group in preparing client submittals, including project briefs, case studies, technical and financial due diligence analyses, and reports.
• Prepare and deliver client pitches and presentations.
• Prepare and maintain documentation related to Landlord Representation, including responses to Requests for Proposal (RFPs), building comparatives, project briefs, contract trackers, and weekly reports.
• Develop marketing strategies for exclusive Landlord Representation clients.
• Manage relationships with landlords, developers, and tenants.
• Negotiate terms and contracts on behalf of clients.
• Work closely with the Client Engagement Coordinator to provide post-sales support to clients.
• Assist in organizing and participating in various client engagement activities.
• Undertake special projects and other responsibilities as assigned by the Service Line Leads or Executive Director from time to time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree holder, preferably in a business-related course; graduates of any course or program are welcome to apply
• Has experience working in Business Development, Project Development, Leasing, Sales, or Brokerage
• Has experience in real estate, preferably in commercial real estate such as office leasing or landlord/tenant representation; applicants with residential sales experience are also welcome to apply
• Licensed Real Estate Broker (PRC) is a plus
• Proven track record of closing lease or sales transactions
• Experience preparing proposals, RFP responses, or building comparatives
• Willing to work onsite in Makatiand travel for site inspections and client meetings
