The Geodetic Engineer is responsible for conducting land surveys, topographic surveys, site development planning, and geospatial mapping to support the company's expansion and infrastructure projects. The role ensures the accuracy of survey data, assists in land acquisition and development activities, and collaborates with the Engineering team to deliver projects in accordance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
Graduate of BS Geodetic Engineering, licensed Geodetic Engineer is preferred
Experience in topographic surveying, land development, site planning, and construction surveys is an advantage
Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, GIS applications, GPS, Total Station and other surveying instruments
Knowledgeable in land titling, subdivision planning, relocation surveys, and Philippine land laws and regulations
Strong analytical, technical, communication, and problem solving skills
Conduct topographic, relocation, boundary, and as built surveys to support land development and construction projects
Prepare survey plans, technical descriptions, contour maps, and geospatial data required for engineering design and project planning
Support land acquisition, land development, subdivision planning, and permit processing by ensuring accurate survey data and documentation
Coordinate with Civil Engineers, Draftsmen, contractors, and government agencies to ensure survey activities comply with project requirements and regulatory standards
Maintain survey equipment, manage survey records, and recommend improvements in surveying methods to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and project execution
