Job summary

Elluc Projects Philippines Inc. is seeking a Land Surveyor to conduct accurate land and construction surveys, establish property boundaries, prepare survey data, and support land development activities on-site in Laoag, Ilocos Norte.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Geodetic Engineering or related field, at least 5 years of surveying experience, proficiency with Automatic Survey Level and Nikon Total Station, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of land surveying experience.
• Proficient with Automatic Survey Level and Nikon Total Station.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Willing to work on-site and travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct actual land and construction survey activities at project sites.
• Perform boundary, topographic, construction, elevation, and other required surveys.
• Establish and verify property boundaries, reference points, benchmarks, and control points.
• Operate and maintain surveying instruments and equipment.
• Collect, record, and analyze accurate survey measurements and field data.
• Prepare survey notes, reports, computations, and other required documentation.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, project personnel, and government offices when necessary.
• Ensure accuracy and reliability of survey data and measurements.
