Job summary

Triconti ECC Renewables Corporation seeks a Legal Counsel focused on land and compliance. The role ensures land-related contracts and documents meet regulatory standards and protect company interests.

You will draft and review leases, easements, ROWs, and ownership documents; perform due diligence; negotiate with landowners; and coordinate with external counsel on regulatory matters. Strong drafting and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Draft, review, and finalize land-related legal documents such as leases, easements, ROWs, and access agreements.
• Validate property ownership documents for authenticity and completeness (titles, tax declarations, surveys).
• Conduct due diligence and provide legal opinions on land acquisition risks.
• Participate in landowner negotiations and mediation sessions to resolve disputes legally.
• Coordinate with external legal counsel on litigation or regulatory matters.
• Ensure compliance with applicable land laws and regulations (DAR, DENR, NCIP, Registry of Deeds).

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and finalize land-related legal documents such as leases, easements, ROWs, and access agreements.
• Conduct due diligence and provide opinions on land acquisition risks.
• Coordinate with the Land Officer to align documents with fieldwork and government submissions.
• Collaborate with the Technical Team to ensure regulatory compliance in project documents.
• Perform general ad-hoc legal tasks to support land acquisition and legal functions.
