Qualifications

• Qualified lawyer with minimum 5 years post-qualification experience.
• Strong background in commercial law, preferably in renewables or energy sector.
• Familiarity with common law systems (e.g., UK, Singapore, Australia).

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts including NDAs, supply and service agreements.
• Advise on regulatory matters, project structuring, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Provide legal support on cross-border transactions and partnerships.
• Liaise with external counsel where necessary.
• Ensure compliance with laws and industry regulations in common law jurisdictions.
