You will support the Legal Director, act as Assistant Corporate Secretary at Board meetings, and coordinate regulatory submissions while ensuring accurate reporting and budgeting for the Legal Department. This role requires Bar admission and 2-4 years of corporate/land law experience, with 1-2 years in litigation; on-site work

Qualifications

• JD or LLB degree required.
• Admitted to the Philippine Bar.
• 2–4 years of corporate/land law experience.
• 1–2 years of litigation experience.

Responsibilities

• Review contracts, ensure compliance, and provide legal opinions to departments.
• Monitor submissions and compliance with government agencies.
• Serve as Assistant Corporate Secretary during board meetings.
• Assist Legal Director and prepare reports.
• Coordinate board/shareholder meeting documents.
• Prepare department budget proposals.
