Job summary

Intro Recruitment Asia is supporting a leading Philippine renewable energy developer in Isabela for a Right-of-Way Manager role. The position is hybrid, with four days on-site, supporting solar and hydro projects.

Responsibilities include end-to-end ROW acquisition, documentation, BIR/DAR facilitation, and stakeholder engagement with up to 60 landowners across project sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Management or related field.
• Experience in ROW/Land acquisition or real estate transactions preferred.
• Experience with government agencies (BIR, DAR, LGUs) is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of Philippine land titles and ROW documentation is advantageous.

Right-of-Way (ROW) Manager is responsible for the end-to-end acquisition, documentation, registration, and facilitation of land and property documents required for the Company's projects.

Responsibilities:

• Land Transfer and Documentation
• Annotation of ROW Agreements and REM
• BIR Facilitation
• DAR Facilitation
• Government Agency Coordination
• Landowner Relations and Dispute Resolution
• Field Verification and ROW Line Walking
• ROW Tracking and Target Management
• Coordination with Legal, Finance, Survey, Engineering and Project Teams
• Will talk to 60 land owners

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Management, Legal Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Geodetic Engineering, Agriculture, or a related field.
• Preferably with experience in right-of-way acquisition, land acquisition, real estate transactions, property documentation, or infrastructure/renewable energy projects.
• Experience dealing with BIR, DAR, ROD/LRA, LGUs, and other government agencies is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of Philippine land titles, property transactions, agricultural land regulations, land conversion, and ROW documentation is an advantage.
