Qualifications

• With or without experience, but construction experience is preferred.
• Knowledgeable in basic construction tasks such as carrying materials, site cleaning, excavation, mixing, and assisting skilled workers.
• Able to follow instructions from supervisors, foremen, and engineers.
• Familiar with basic construction tools and proper handling of equipment.
• Willing to work outdoors and in different site conditions.
• Must observe construction safety rules and proper use of PPE.
• Hardworking, reliable, punctual, and disciplined.
• Able to work well with a team.
• Preferably available for immediate deployment.
