Job summary

Firefly Electric and Lighting Corporation (FELCO) in Ermita, Manila, is seeking a Laboratory Technician to conduct research, testing, and evaluation of all FELCO products. This full-time onsite role reports to the Product Technical Manager.

You will handle customer complaints, provide solutions within set timeframes, and maintain records of interactions, accounts, and documents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Technology or other relevant courses.
• Minimum of one year of experience in a similar role.
• Willingness to work in Ermita, Manila.

As a Laboratory Technician, you will be responsible for research, testing, and evaluation of all products under FELCO.You will also provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools. You will also be handling customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within set timeframes, and follow up to ensure resolution. You will also be responsible of keeping records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.

To succeed and grow in this role, you will be required to meet the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Technology or other relevant courses
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a similar role
• Must be willing to work in Ermita, Manila
