Job summary

Aboitiz Foods is seeking a dedicated Laboratory Supervisor to lead the laboratory team in maintaining the highest standards for finished feeds and raw materials. You will champion laboratory safety, oversee analytical testing, and drive continuous improvement toward zero complaints and cost efficiency.

The role includes overseeing quality management systems, ensuring compliance with 5S, GLP, and ISO standards, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to resolve non-conformances.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or related 4-year science.
• Registered Chemist with license.
• At least 3 years in chemical laboratory management.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA or ERP systems.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee lab quality management systems and compliance with 5S, GLP, ISMS, ISO standards.
• Manage testing and validation using SAP S/4HANA or related systems.
• Ensure safety, hygiene, and regulatory compliance in the laboratory.
• Lead and develop Laboratory Analysts/Specialists and conduct periodic evaluations.
• Collaborate with Production, Procurement, Sales & Marketing, Nutritionists, and SHE teams to drive quality initiatives.
