Job summary

Aboitiz Foods is seeking a Quality Assurance Associate to safeguard product quality at the start of the manufacturing process. You will validate hand-adds and basemix preparation reports, and verify micro ingredient inclusion to ensure nutritional compliance and reliable feed products.

Responsibilities include cross-checking reports, maintaining weight verification for traceability, and ensuring GMP/HACCP compliance while collaborating with production and QA teams to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Food Technology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related science field.
• Experience in manufacturing or quality assurance in food/feed is preferred.
• Familiarity with QA principles, GMP/HACCP, and traceability.
• Good communication and accurate data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Validate hand-adds and basemix against production formulation.
• Inspect and verify pre-weighed micro ingredients before mixing.
• Maintain real-time weight verification for traceability.
• Document observations, deviations, and corrective actions as required.
