• Assist during FDA, client, Halal, and other audits by preparing documents and responding to audit requirements.
• Oversee laboratory analysis and QA/QC responsibilities as sole Officer.

Job Description

The QA/QC Laboratory Analyst is responsible for ensuring that products consistently meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards. The role oversees laboratory testing, quality documentation, regulatory compliance, and technical support to ensure compliant manufacturing of fragrances, alcohol-based products, sanitizers, and other personal care and wellness products.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform laboratory testing and quality evaluation of raw materials, in-process, and finished products.
• Coordinate FDA product registrations, regulatory documentation, and compliance requirements.
• Support product formulation, technical evaluations, and quality-related production activities.
• Assist during FDA, client, Halal, and other external audits by preparing documents and responding to audit requirements.
• In charge of both laboratory analysis and QA/QC responsibilities
• Solo Set-up in Laboratory and QA/QC Department (You will be the sole Officer/Individual Contributor for this department)

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related scientific field.
• At least 1 year of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Laboratory Operations, or Regulatory Affairs.
• Knowledge of FDA regulations, GMP, and quality management systems.
• Experience in laboratory testing, documentation, and product quality evaluation.
• Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
