Responsibilities

• Test raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products using titration, spectroscopy, and chromatography.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation including COA and testing protocols.
• Develop and update SOPs to ensure quality control and regulatory compliance.
• Participate in internal laboratory assessments and external audits.
• Assist in OOS investigations and CAPA recommendations.
• Perform calibration, validation, and preventive maintenance of lab equipment.
• Coordinate with production to ensure timely testing and proper handling of samples.

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct routine and non-routine testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products using techniques such as titration, spectroscopy, and chromatography to ensure compliance with established specifications.
• Prepare and maintain accurate technical documentation, including testing protocols, deviation reports, trend analysis reports, and Certificates of Analysis (COA) in collaboration with the Laboratory Specialist.
• Develop, review, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance with current quality control practices, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in internal laboratory assessments and external audits, and prepare quality control data and documentation to support regulatory submissions and filings.
• Assist in Out-of-Specification (OOS) and laboratory failure investigations by identifying potential root causes and recommending appropriate Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
• Perform routine calibration, validation, and preventive maintenance of laboratory equipment to ensure accurate results, reliable performance, and minimal downtime.
• Coordinate with the production department to ensure timely testing and product release, while properly handling, storing, and disposing of environmental and stability samples in accordance with established safety protocols.
