Job summary

Personal Collection Direct Selling Inc. is seeking a licensed chemical technician or chemist to join our quality laboratory team in Bulacan.

The role emphasizes routine and non-routine testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products to ensure specifications are met. Fresh graduates are welcome; at least one year of manufacturing experience in household or healthcare products is preferred.

Qualifications

• Licensed Chemical Technician or Chemist or Registered Microbiologist.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. At least one year of work experience in manufacturing operation preferably in household, personal care, and/or healthcare products.
• Knowledge of basic physico-chemical and microbiological analysis and techniques.
• Knowledge in GLP, GMP, and FDA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine and non-routine testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation including testing protocols, deviation reports, trend analysis, and COA with Laboratory Specialist.
• Develop, review, and update SOPs to ensure compliance with quality control practices, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in internal laboratory assessments and external audits; prepare data for regulatory submissions.
• Assist in OOS and laboratory failure investigations by identifying root causes and recommending CAPA.
• Perform routine calibration, validation, and preventive maintenance of laboratory equipment.
• Coordinate with production to ensure timely testing and product release and proper handling of samples.
