Job summary

IT By Design in Taguig is seeking a ServiceDesk Engineer – L2/L3 to support global MSP clients across end-user technology, networks, and security.

This on-site, night-shift role offers hands-on exposure to Windows, M365, AD, VPN, and RMM tools, with opportunities to grow within a worldwide IT organization. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, document incidents, and escalate complex problems to senior engineers while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years in IT Support or similar roles.
• Strong troubleshooting across Windows, Microsoft 365, and AD.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN and Wi‑Fi.
• Experience with ticketing systems and RMM tools is a plus.
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced MSP environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2 support for hardware, software, apps, and network issues.
• Troubleshoot Windows, M365, AD, and connectivity.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and workstation setup.
• Monitor endpoints using RMM and security tools.
• Participate in system upgrades and IT projects.
• Document incidents and IT procedures.
• Escalate complex issues to senior engineers.
• Collaborate on security and patching activities.
