Job summary

Tahche Outsourcing Services Inc is seeking an experienced Systems Engineer to handle escalated IT incidents and support complex workstation, server, and network environments in a Microsoft-centric setup.

You will ensure timely issue resolution while maintaining exceptional client service and adhere to standard procedures across desktop, server, and cloud services.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of relevant experience as a Systems Engineer or in advanced IT support.
• Strong background in desktop, server, and Microsoft infrastructure support.
• Experience with Microsoft Server, Active Directory, Azure, and Microsoft 365.
• Knowledge of network troubleshooting, hardware issues, and client/server connectivity.
• Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and customer service skills.
• Ability to follow standard procedures and handle escalated technical incidents.
