Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim is expanding its Global Business Services Center in Manila and seeking a Risk Management professional to join the KYBP team. The role focuses on third-party risk, compliance, and stakeholder collaboration within a dynamic Shared Service Center environment in Metro Manila.

The ideal candidate has a university degree in Business, Economics, or Law and at least 2 years of experience in compliance or risk management, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business, Economics, or Law or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in compliance or risk management, preferably in a Shared Services environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) activities, ensuring compliance with established processes and guidelines.
• Provide operational support to stakeholders with end-to-end processes.
• Support monitoring and analysis of risk exposure across the third-party portfolio, aligned with BI risk appetite.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of tasks.
• Manage task intake, prioritization, and tracking using provided systems.
• Provide first-level advisory support to customers via phone or email on standard issues.
• Contribute to development and maintenance of internal knowledge base by documenting processes and best practices.
