Job summary

Macquarie Group is building and operating a Kubernetes-based platform on AWS to support multiple engineering teams. You will help ensure reliability, scalability and developer usability, leveraging GitOps, observability and automation.

You will manage core platform services, assist onboarding, and drive improvements to deployment workflows, security and incident response while partnering with engineering for resilient, efficient operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years operating production Kubernetes environments, preferably EKS.

Responsibilities

• Build, operate and continuously improve a Kubernetes-based platform for multiple engineering teams.
• Triage, troubleshoot and perform RCA on complex issues; automate repetitive tasks.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to onboard apps and optimize deployment and operational workflows.
• Contribute to platform innovation and developer enablement, promoting resilience and efficiency.
